Position :
Product Engineer Road Bike
Tasks :
− Development of carbon and alloy road frames, forks and parts
− Management of projects (concept, development, production)
− Management of aerodynamic development and testing
− Advice to product managers in technical questions
− Evaluation of existing or new manufacturers
− Evaluation of quotations from our manufacturers
− Assessment and coaching of existing suppliers
− Evaluation of the quality standards of our manufacturers
− Establishment of data bases of norms and material properties
− Assistance in preparing work shops and shows
Expectations :
− Engineering Degree (University or Technological High school)
− Experience in Composites
− User knowledge of 3D software (Pro-Engineer)
− User knowledge of CFD software
− Creativity and an appreciation of good design
− Knowledge of bicycle mechanics
− Avid Biker
− Willingness to travel
− Strong communication / interaction skills
− First language English, German or French and fluent in one of the other languages
